We strive to process all orders within three days of ordering from our webshop. Please note that at certain times dispatch might be delayed up to 7 days. Once sent, orders should arrive within 2 – 5 working days depending on your location. As a guide, we allow 2 – 7 days for international orders. You can read more on our shipping page
Yes, all countries that qualify for international postage will be sent with Norwegian Post’s Express courier, and then following with your local courier.
When ordering on Charlize Watches you will always get free shipping worldwide.

A pre-order means that the particular product is on backorder, and will be reserved for you until it is back in stock. When a product is on pre-order you can go on and order it as a normal order, paying in full. You will then be sent the product as soon as it arrives in stock, and the usual shipping information will be sent to you to confirm that it is sent.

If you order a product that is in stock along with one that is on pre-order they will be sent together when both are in stock. If you wish to recieve the one that is in stock and not wait for the other you can use the contact form here or send us an email at info@charlizewatches.com

Note! If you wish to split an order a shipping fee will apply to both packages.

It is important that as soon as you receive your package, you check the goods / products to see if there are any damages or faults on the product, and also that you have gotten the correct product. If you receive an item that it does not match the product you item you ordered, please contact us within 14 days. Any complaints you have shall be done through our contact form at our contact page on Charlizewatches, or you can send an email at info@charlizewatches.com. When sending a complaint it is important that you also give us your order number. When returning a package it is important that you pack your order properly to avoid any damage on the item. All refund or exhanges shall be done through our contact form which you can find by clicking here.

Warranty counts for two years after date of purchase. Charlize warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (Case, movement, crystal).

Please contact our customer service from this page as soon as possible. It is not possible to cancel the order as soon as the order left our logistic centre.
