Parcel Post – $15.00 USD NOW: FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING For any shipping outside of Norway you will receive your order within 3-5 business days once it has been dispatched. This does not mean you will receive your order within 5 business days from the day you placed the order. Once your payment has been authorized and verified it can still take up to 7 days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Once your has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming the shipment and providing you with a tracking number. Please note the timeframe of 3-5 business days is given as a guide only and may be subject to change due to customs delays and unexpected events. Please note that packages sent between 27th November - 30th December takes additional days to be delivered. Please note, you may be liable for import and/or customs duties on your order and will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrival. These are not COD charges, they are duties and taxes charged in your country and are not related to Charlizewatches specifically. All duties and taxes charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed Charlizewatches for any reason. Please keep in mind that once your order has been dispatched Charlize Watches is not responsible for any losses or damages. All countries have different rules on paying taxesIt is the customers responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact your local postal service to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase. We will assist you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, however, will not provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided.

 

RETURNS
It is important that as soon as you receive your package, you check the goods / products to see if there are any damages or faults on the product, and also that you have gotten the correct product. If you receive an item that it does not match the product you item you ordered, please contact us within 14 days. Any complaints you have shall be done through our contact form at our contact page on Charlizewatches, or you can send an email at info@charlizewatches.com. When sending a complaint it is important that you also give us your order number. When returning a package it is important that you pack your order properly to avoid any damage on the item. All refund or exchanges shall be done through our contact form which you can find by clicking here.
