PAYMENTYou can choose to pay with credit or debit cards. Regarding payment with credit or debit cards, Stripe and Paypal manages all our banking transactions and you can read more about their billing systems on Paypal and Stripe, Charlize does not handle any credit card numbers. Your credit or debit cards are handled securely over the internet. Your direct credit card payments are handled with Stripe with secure encryption and under strict bank standards. Your card details are sent to the bank and can under no circumstances be accessed or read by anyone else than your bank. There is no extra charge for paying with either paypal or direct credit cards.
CONFIRMATIONAs soon as your order are confirmed we will send you a confirmation to your email. It is therefore important that you give us your correct email address when making a purchase or creating an account. Save this confirmation as a proof of purchase.
ORDERSOrders made in someone else’s name without their consent, or otherwise results in Charlize to suffer economic damage will be reported to the police. Charlize holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If the price is incorrect, this may force us to cancel your purchase and refund any amount paid as soon as possible. This can be done at any time.
DELIVERY AND CANCELLATIONSCharlize delivers worldwide, all deliveries are made in cooperation with our postal office and their partners in other countries. Charlize is liable if the goods are damaged or lost while shipped. You will have to contact our customer service within 14 days, if the goods are lost or damaged when you return the product it is you who will be liable. In any cases where you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed so long that you do not wish to receive your order, you will have to contact our customer service within 14 days. Cancellation of the order after it has been dispatched is not possible. You will then have to wait until you receive the order and then return it.
COMPLAINTS AND WITHDRAWALIt is important that as soon as you receive your package, you check the goods / products to see if there are any damages or faults on the product, and also that you have gotten the correct product. If you receive an item that it does not match the product you item you ordered, please contact us within 14 days. Any complaints you have shall be done through our contact form at our contact page on Charlizewatches, or you can send an email at email@example.com. When sending a complaint it is important that you also give us your order number. When returning a package it is important that you pack your order properly to avoid any damage on the item. If any packages are sent back with no damages a 30USD shipping charge will be applied. Charlize has the right to replace defective goods with goods from the same model.
PERSONAL INFORMATIONCharlize will collect your personal information for use in sales, refunds and warranties. We will under no circumstances use your information for anything else. Your personal information will not be sold or given to any third parties.
SHUTTLE DAMAGEIf your package is damaged it is important that you both contact your local courier within 7 days, and contact us within 14 days of receipt.
LIABILITY FOR DEFECTSCharlize bears no indirect or direct responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, downtime, data loss, delivery delays or other economic harm.
FORCE MATURECharlize should be excluded from risk for harms and different punishments on the execution of the agreement avoided, thwarted or postponed by circumstances outside our ability to control. As the discharge element ought to be considered incorporate government intercession, new/ revised enactment, absence of state, war, flame, surge, work aggravation, restrictions, confinements, damage, poor transport or climate conditions or absence of conveyance from suppliers and the organization is presented to criminal movement that influences exercises.
CHARLIZECharlize holds the right to change prices, involve additional cost and change the product information such as pictures and offers without notice. We reserve the right for any errors displayed on the page and we can’t guarantee that all pictures are accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. All products remain Charlize property until full payment is done.
APPLICABILITYTerms and Conditions also applies where the Norwegian or other applicable law do not provide conditions that are in conflict with them.
FRAUDAll attempts of fraud will be reported to the police and Charlize reserves the right to cancel any suspicious transactions. Norwegian law shall govern any dispute any issues under these terms.
